Description

This project was developed for analyzing the Profit and Loss Statements for Victor Sheet Metal

Works Company and to improve the profits by slashing the inventory of the materials used and to

work with a min inventory.

It involves Material Planning, Purchasing, Consumptions of materials and the Min Inventory levels

for each item. Data base consists of the entire expenses for the company from Manpower Details,

Purchases, Maintenances, Fixed and Variable Expenses are captured. It is designed that the

Projected Profit statements are generated at any instance for the company.
