BILLING

• Responsible for MB Investment Partners quarterly billing. Worked with the reconcilers throughout the quarter and generated bills as the accounts were reconciled. Bills were generated using Advent, various custodial platforms and manual billing.

RECEIVABLES

• Provided the CFO with total quarterly billing and the market value of the accounts.

• Maintain all records of client payments received within each month. Balanced the receivables monthly and quarterly with the CFO.

• Calculate and arrange compensation for the consultants.

BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS

• Managed the Portfolio Operations Department

• Develop and oversee operations procedures and protocols.

• Provide all necessary support for Portfolio Managers and supervised staff

• Supervise and maintain the integrity of the portfolios – such as corporate actions (exchanges, mergers and spin-offs) daily portfolio pricing and dividends

• Researched and resolved all account discrepancies

• Reconcile client accounts with various custodians on monthly/daily basis manually and through ACD (Advent Custodian Download).

• Liaison between Trader/Portfolio Managers and the custodians.

• Review all the accounts in each composite for compliance with the GIPS policies and procedures. Provide all composite information to the auditors.

• Calculate investment performance for portfolios and maintain all the performance groups.

• Implement ACD accounts with new custodians and Advent. Download and install software for the ACD.

• Maintain trust accounts which included dealing with the clients and authorizing monthly distributions.

• Opening new client accounts on Advent Axys system and providing Partners with reports on all new accounts/closed accounts.

• Special Projects as requested and determined by management.

COMPLIANCE

• Assist compliance department in filing 13F and prepare other reports as needed.

• Conducted periodic review of all the accounts
