Designed and managed the loyalty program for the agriculture retailer Proterra, which was responsible for nearly 20% of all company sales within 6 months of implementation.

Led the successful development and implementation of market penetration and distribution operations for underwear, panty hose, and sock line products including the Wonder bra, Playtex, Hanes, and Legg’s.
Conducted the optimization of the company portfolio from 4,000 to 400 products, which led to
significant synergies and cost savings for brand communication, inventory management, retail
relationships, and portfolio profitability.
Designed the strategic brands re-positioning program, strengthening the image of the Sara Lee brand in all
important market areas. Implemented the strategic launch of a new product range for the therapeutic panty hose,
which resulted in a 15% sales increase. Defined and designed the pricing strategy for the underwear, panty hose
and cotton clothes product lines, increasing sales by 8% and the net margin by 12%.
Provided hands-on leadership in the department store sales team for six months, thereby eliminating store
overstock through management of high rotation product assortments, definition of the appropriated layouts, and
reassignment of product ranges depending on the stores segments.
