Role: Designed a robust shell and tube heat exchanger. Conducted intensive quality analysis of soaps, specified tests like chloride content test, free alkali content, titer test, moisture content, total fatty matter (TFM) and concentrated on process parameters like temperature, density, viscosity, specific heat & thermal conductivity of raw material (soap solution & steam) to design an innovative model
