collaborating with ABM leadership and the (DOD) Department of Defense to

promote beneficial operations contracts. Transitioned into a Senior ABM

Management position.

. Coordinated the non-profits SBA qualifying materials, established the

Board of Directors, initiated the DOD meetings and built the RFP

contracting responses.

. Devised a Branch network quality control - customer service program

initially set up for the commissioning - operations of American Savings

square feet spanning 212 buildings throughout Hawaii the Western and

Southern Pacific regions, including corporate offices, critical buildings,

residences, ISB and branch network locations covering 12 time zones and

employing 4,000+. Guided all daily operations involving real estate,

leasing, facilities maintenance, design and construction, facilities

Manufacturing-Warehouses, NGV Assembly Plant and Energy Star - Research

Center. Directed a staff of 95 employees for the Building Maintenance,

Service Center.
