Position: Fillpack Packaging Manager October 2002 – November 2005
Directing a multi-shift operation with 3 supervisors and 35-40 employees.
• Responsible for all daily production in the packaging department running 7 packing lines
• Schedule employee workloads and staffing requirements
• Responsible for all department budgets
• Responsible for purchasing all miscellaneous manufacturing supplies
• Lead and direct safety meetings and committees
• An integral member of the Union negotiation committee, helping to establish current Union contract

Responsible for employee relation issues for a mini-factory department with over 500 employees on a four-shift operation.
• Responsible for employee disciplinary investigations
• Help aid employees with benefits, payroll, and 401K enrollment and questions
• Maintain record keeping on all employees utilizing SAP through the Data Processing Center
• Interact with senior management, often requiring coordination between several departments
