Developed and delivered real estate strategies, transaction services and qualitative analysis at over 200 locations in 11 states. Negotiated leases, acquisitions, dispositions, capital expenditures and performed due diligence. Worked with key stakeholders including CFO, Area Vice Presidents, Market Area Managers, BU leadership and internal and external legal counsel to execute all facility-related projects.
• Achieved $3-5MM in profits each year through dispositions, cost reductions and
cost avoidance measures.
