• Responsible for providing maintenance, repairs and construction services for the operation of the facilities, grounds, utility services and other related functions.

• Responsible for over 30 concurrent projects in the patient care and research areas from conception to completion.

• Management of the Time and Materials Contract, including scheduling and workload leveling.

• Responsible for the definition, budget, schedule and customer satisfaction for a widely diverse group of projects serving a customer base.

• Manage all projects related to the Patient Care Center, a treatment area for immunosuppressed children. This factor requires extreme attention to detail in all areas to protect these vulnerable patients.

• Developed a training program for on-site contractors covering all aspects of infection control in relation to site construction and remodeling.

• $2.5 million surge pond renovation project. Innovative construction techniques included the first double lined system with leak detection in the Weyerhaeuser Company.

• On-site systems expert for hazardous waste containment, corrosion inspection and recommendation, and groundwater issues.

• Managed all underground pipe systems for both new construction and maintenance activities.

• Managed the installation of a secondary suction roll on a 200 inch Kraft machine, increasing drying capacity and quality significantly.
