PRESENT JOB PROFILE:

Handling and maintaining inventory for around 10000 materials store items, Consumables and other miscellaneous items.

Creation of Certificate Receipt Vouchers on the reference of materials received in SAP.

Searching of material numbers for various materials with regard to various data like purchase order, manufacturer part number, material type etc.

Making good receipt with reference to purchase order and other modes and issues/transfer posting with reference production orders/production schedulers.

Submitting the weekly report to the manager on the fast moving materials like consumable items.

Monitoring the stock in SAP and Legacy in order to maintain the balance sheet of stock on verifying the physical inventory.

Ensure successful workflow & data maintenance to cater for Yard/Audit requirements.

Any other task as assigned by the department manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Handling/providing items to concerned work areas by maintaining proper ledgering/Accounting.

o Survey of marketing.

o Mustering of balance stock on day to day basis and up keeping of records/stores.

SOFTWARE EXPOSURE:
