• 1975 -1979 Pool Offshore. I worked as a Roustabout, Floor hand, Crane Operator, and Driller.

• 1979 - 1981 Keydril on the Key Largo jackup in Nigeria as a Driller 28 / 28. Key Largo is a keyslot jackup

• 1981 - 1985 Dixilyn Field first as a Driller in the Livingston Shipyard. The rig built was #87 a cantilever jackup. We brought #87 out and to the North Sea. I worked this rig, jacked up over a platform, as a Driller in the North Sea until 1985. Working with MWD Tools and Turbines, all these wells were Directional wells. Resided in United Kingdom during this time. The rig was brought back to the Gulf of Mexico in 1985 at which time I was promoted to Tool pusher and worked on rig #84.

• 1985 – 1991 Sonat Offshore bought Dixilyn Field in, where I continued to work as Tool pusher on rig #84.

• 1991 - 1994 Self-employed. Sold business in 1994.

• November 1994 to 2001. Smithway Motor Xpress, as an over the road flatbed driver / trainer with a class A CDL.

• **2001 to present** Currently working on Jack-up Rig for GlobalSantaFe then Transocean after merger in various West Africa countries.

As the night toolpusher or PIC on my last rig I was the person appointed, by the company to have overall charge and responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of all persons onboard and all activities conducted on the installation. As such was fully authorized and obliged to take whatever actions necessary to prevent injury, loss of life, damage to equipment/structure and/or loss of drilling integrity and reported to the OIM as his second in command.

Insured that the drilling activities were being carried out as per the out line of the drilling program, made sure that all well control equipment, in place ready and operational at all time, Insured that all properties of the drilling were being followed and good drilling practiced were always in use. Made sure that all tools or equipment was ready for next operation, Supervise the Drillers and Tour pushers that the well was being drilled safely and efficient, made sure that equipment being loaded or back loaded was manifested and properly secured.

Conducted the safety meeting at night informed all personnel of up coming operations, and jobs that were on going as they were going on shift. Encourage all personnel to be come involve with the use of start and focus operations. The rig uses the start operation. Insured that any operation that was taking place had been inspected and proper permits or JRA needed was in order.

Supervise the Drillers on their paperwork that reports were being properly documented and that the Ton miles on drilling line properly checked and accurate. All pump records were properly documented. And the operation of mud pumps closely monitored. The rig had RMS system and keep close watch on the jobs that were assigned each day, Draworks, and TDS. Daily, weekly, monthly and hours based events were performed and properly documented.
