General Experience: I have 31 years of experience in aerospace machining working on structural parts engine parts and valve body’s and turbine engines parts. I Worked on small 5 axis machines to gantries with 30 feet by 285 feet long tables. I have over 13 years experience in high speed machining on titanium and aluminum. I have worked with a lot of different types of material, Titanium, Aluminum, stainless, Inconel, Hastelloy, and Waspalloy.

Programming Experience: I have 5 years working with Unigraphics NX6 on 5 axis aerospace parts and 6 years working with SurfCam, 3axis work for making test programs to test long carbide cutter for high speed machining and made 3 axis programs for tooling.

Supervision Experience: I have about 8 years of supervision experience working with about 40 machinist that consisted of not only supervising but to help the machinist with first article parts and trouble shoot production part to bring down the run times and improve the quality of the parts.

Accomplishments: I improved the run time on a project from 82 hrs to 52 hrs using High Speed Machining Techniques at Forrest Machining.
