Site Construction Project Scheduler for the Post-Fire Recovery of the TVA Watts Bar Dam Five (5) Unit Powerhouse, Control and Administration Buildings, Switchyard Equipment and Support Facilities.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the construction schedule, logics, and numerous reports utilizing Primavera (P3), SureTrak, Excel, etc. including detail plans, manpower/resource loading, etc. including the Constructors and Miscellaneous Contractors Scopes of work.

Project (schedule) included the Demolition and Recovery of Five (5) Hydro generation units post fire loss of all Major (electrical) Components beyond the Generators (including all Generator Leads, 480v Station Service, Control Systems and Facilities, Switchyard Leads, Breakers, etc.).

Work scope (integrated plans and schedule) also included Plant Automation and Hydro Modernization (of one unit), and construction of a 10K square foot Warehouse.

Project included detail planning considerations for abatement, removal & disposal of various environmental hazards (e.g. Asbestos, Lead, PCB's, etc.).
