Electro – Mechanic Cable Assembly
• Pulled cables off reel and measured each one 25 feet, then cut it using a table saw;
• Mechanically terminated the two ends of the cables by stripping two layers of wire, and placing the needed essentials (i.e. cones, springs);
• Serialized each cone with specific numbers for identification, inserted grease into cones for lubrication;
• Broke the moldings off soldered end cables and carefully cut the excessive plastic and have ready to test;
• Final assemble the boat and tail ends using rings, cones, spacers, chrome spacers (for hydrophone), hose protectors, ropes (for tension), and tedious placement of screws;
• Crimped the assembled cables to specification using two different crimp styles and readied them into pallets for shipment;

• Windings of 400hp, 1150hp, 1500hp electrical motors; OEM as well as Reliant;
• Foam coil motor assembly of 500 ton, 750 ton electrical motors; strategically placing one on top of the other without causing a short;
• Occasionally strip motors of all copper wiring, insulation and prepare for reassembly, including sandblasting;
• Thoroughly inspect motors of any damages, reinsulated properly and accurately test the ground connections as I assemble;
• Sauder the correct connections on the motor once completed and double check the power;
• Certified forklift operator in charge of moving all motors to their place as well as all of the material;
• Arranged the department with tables in a safely manner using the forklift;
• Consistently made the coils by machine for motors, accurately programmed the WM 5000 and responsibly handled changing the different tools depending on motors
