• Preparation of TSA (Task Safety Analysis) according to the nature of job. Toolbox Talk before starting the job.

• As a Team Leader, lead and train a group of E&I technicians and sub-contractors in achieving the Technical Integrity of works and carry out the job in safe controlled manners in accordance with site procedures and Permit to Work System.

• Erection of LV Transformers, Switch gear panels, NER (Neutral Earth Resistor), and installation of F&G Systems, CCTV, PAGA and cabling for FPSO Modules (Power Generation Unit, HP Flare System, LER, Chemical Injection Unit, Export Gas Compressor Unit).

• Interfacing of cables from Gas Turbine Generator- 4.4 MW x 3 Units (Caterpillar), Export Gas Compressor – 2 Units (Make - Solar Turbines) to Local Equipment Room (LER) and to all other Modules

• Inspection of E&I package materials on arrival – MDR (Material Delivery Report)

• Reviewing of Client drawings and raising Technical Queries if any changes. Make changes as per site condition, in co-ordination with Client Representative.

• Assist in closing of Inspection Test Reports (ITR) of all Field Instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level – Transmitters, indicators, Switches), F&G Detectors, PAGA Systems, Lighting Systems and all other installed E&I Equipments.

• Co-ordinate with other discipline to avoid the clashes and save man power, time, cost.

• Follow up Safety Work Procedure and complete the job as per planning schedule

• Coordinate with E&I Vendors and contractors for Pre-commissioning and follow up with pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and assist to vendors until start up.

Responsibilities

• Involved from construction through Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of ESD valve, LV Transformers, Loading Arm, Access Gangway, Quick Release Hooks (QRH), Navigational Lights, CCTV, F&G System, and all field instrument at Offshore Dubai LNG Terminal.

• Preparation of MTO according to the Clients requirement.

• Preparations of QCP, ITP and follow the standards as per the project specification.

• To prepare test reports with required standards.

• Material Test Report (MTR) before and after installation.

• Review of the plant P&ID, Hook up drawing and equipment data sheet and modify accordingly to avoid obstruction / Mechanical Damage.

• Going through plant standard operating procedure (SOP).

• Clearing of punch point list rectification in co-ordination with maintenance team.

• Good knowledge about Sacrificial anodes – Cathodic Protection.
