• Managed and conducted various subsurface investigations, both land- and water-based. Investigations included SPT, CPT, and geophysical methods, and collection of samples for both geotechnical testing and HTRW analysis. Responsible for oversight of drillers and field personnel and for coordinating laboratory testing of samples.

• Designed earthen embankments for dredged material confined disposal facilities along the Delaware, Schuylkill and Christina Rivers and along the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal.

• Performed annual and periodic inspections of five District-operated dams to address operation and maintenance and safety-related issues.

• Managed vibrocore contracts for various beachfill projects located along New Jersey and Delaware. Conducted laboratory testing, suitability analysis and determined overfill and renourishment factors.

• Installed, monitored, and analyzed performance data of geotechnical instrumentation (piezometers, inclinometers and settlement plates) during both construction and pos-construction phases

• Conducted reviews of contract drawings and specifications for technical purposes to ensure quality;
