• Prepare inspection reports, NCR, technical queries, weekly QA/QC reports and monthly

X-Ray and repairing status.

• Stage inspection of repair activities during fit up and welding and ensure the compliance with required standards. Evaluation of the welding joints by visual and NDT/Quality Control activities related to shut down and maintenance of Refinery at various occasions.

• Perform fit-up inspection as per approved WPS.

• To ensure all fabrication works are in according to approved drawing & Latest revision.

• Review shop assembly drawing against engineering drawing to ensure compliance.

• To ensure all fabrication works comply with relevant project specification & Classification requirements.

• Monitor workmanship from time to time & Keeping track of welder Performance.

• Liaise and co-ordinate with classification surveyor & owner’s representative to carry out inspection.

• Prepare and comply all relevant fit-up / final inspection records.

• Review dimension reports off all sub blocks, major blocks & Erection blocks.

• Witnessing vacuum & air test for steel work.
