Created inventory method for SONET rings in Dallas market that was assimilated by national headquarters as the best in the nation. Worked as report developer with data warehouse tool Brio Query. Transferred data to Excel spreadsheet for peers and superiors as needed. Began project to eliminate duplicate buildings and locations in region. Worked with ops manager to gracefully install inter bay facility. Wrote and delivered class for new employees in the Plano office emphasizing database integrity. Responsible for statistical analysis of new circuits turned up. Tracked orders not turned up on time and reason codes for failure. Identified failure rate trends (one tech or one supervisors group) and send AT&T award winning reports to my peers indicating problem areas and rewarding gains. Designed programmed and implemented a system of statistical analysis using Visual Basic and Excel Report was viewed by AT&T V. P.
