• The specifications were: estimate of the quantity of solid waste, estimate of the land area required, estimate of the volume of gas and leachate produced, estimate of the daily cover, groundwater monitoring, closure and post closure monitoring,

• The landfill met all the subpart D requirements and all aspects of the California Integrated Waste Management Board

• Studied the different types of contaminants in water, which are hazardous to humans and environment. These may represent new contaminants or those may have been present but undetected
