Q-Programming Analysis Senior

Worked as part of the Integration/Conversion team supporting the

Care Delivery applications for the Kaiser medical facilities and

business offices. Supported Membership, Pharmacy, Scheduling,

Epic and other software applications developed in Cache

environment under Unix. Directly accountable for business unit

requirements gathering, analyzing, developing, testing and

implementing Mumps Kmate (Compucare) software applications.

Worked with developing and testing Java applications.

Accomplishments:

* Analyzed, updated software and setup the new SFTP interface for

the Dental benefit software to send the new vendor

administrator the membership files extract while maintaining

the existing process.

* Created software utility to identify software that needed

security patch upgrade and updated the software with a patch

that allowed users to file information. Provided support to

testers that allowed the project to be completed on time.

* Developed and implemented HL7 (bridges) and migration of the

Scheduling Pap mailers software changes that allowed for the

encounter and scheduling application. Lead with the national

testers team in validating the changes.

* Installed an interface, corrected 3 months of missing Medicare

* Designed, developed and implemented an email attachment project

that allowed users to email reports to other users throughou

the company from various applications. Additional security

applications were implemented to manage and monitor email

process.

* Research, created and implemented a process for refreshing

routines and files for the client interface testing environment

that was out of sync with the current production environment.

* Developed and implemented the auto results software for the

sales department that allowed users to select live patients

test results across different environments for estimating cost

for their customers.

* Worked with another developer on a Java Application tool to

monitor system job performance. The Java application allowed

for the Dsm job to report the activities to the system

monitoring group on a different system.

* Responsible for reviewing and upgrading the Syosset software to

the standard release of other laboratory sites.

flag and identify 'AT RISK' client service plans throughout the

system for special treatment.
