This phase includes “over the air” OTA commands to transfer the reporting of wireless data from the ASP and also perform database mergers on the customers staging and production servers.

• Rollout project manager: Senior project manager responsible for the Product development, product delivery, data migration and product rollout of customer equipment in collaboration with IBM, Cetecea and FedEx and project managers.

• FXG Pilot: Project manager responsible for all the phases of a pilot including the preliminary Scope definition, Statement of work, Acceptance test plan, Project management plan and documenting and acting on the lessons learnt in the project.
