GIIP Estimation of different leads and prospects in middle / lower Indus basin using Rep 5 software.

Made several geological conceptual models and cross sections in fold belts of Pakistan where seismic was not present. Used Google earth and global mapper to model those areas where minimum data was present.

In the New Ventures main responsibilities include review, integration, interpretation and evaluation of data. Evaluated more than 15 blocks and opportunities in the new ventures and made reports and presentations which included seismic interpretation, petroleum systems, identification of prospects and leads, volumetric and risking etc.

Generated structural and stratigraphic X-sections manual and as well as on Geographix.

Generated Porosity, Isopach, Net Sand, N/G maps of various prospects.

1D modeling at TM-1, Wajid-01 located in Karachi Trough.

Operations Geology:

Compilation of Geological Well Prognosis on the basis of G&G evaluation of the blocks.

Engaged actively in various exploration/operation activities in different Operated / JV concession blocks.

Establishing formation tops and zones of interests for the prognosis of the different well to be drilled.

Overview the daily drilling and geological reports for the active drilling wells and up gradation of the Litho logs including the actual V/s prognosis comparison for formations tops/drilling time chart.

Compilation of well completion reports and composite logs at the end of the drilled wells operated by SEL.

Interaction with Services companies for drilling wells operation activities.

Worked as a well site geologist at TM-1, Karim-1 and Wajid-1 well.

Supervised wire line logging, VSP, during stay at the well site.

Petrophysics:

Detailed Petrophysical analysis of wells TM-1, Shekhan-1, Karim-01, Wajid-01 and various wells surrounding SEL operated blocks, and made comprehensive reports. Able to apply any petrophysical model especially dual water model.

Provided interested zone and points to reservoir team for testing and formation pressure measurements.

Provided sidewall core points to Wellsite Geologist after discussing with Sedimentology group and Asset team of that block.

Integration of log data of wells of different blocks with various sources like Mud logs, Conventional core and Side well core and used it to build a realistic Petrophysical Model.

Saturation Height modeling technique (J function) study is in progress.
