• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of donor information within Raiser’s Edge (RE) in support of Institutional Advancement, Membership, and Sales (bricks, conferences and travel services).

• Reported directly to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement; assisted with the fundraising departments of the Museum with reports, tracking and strategies to identify Annual Fund and Capital Campaign donors and prospects.

• Worked closely with the IT Department and software providers to ensure that RE and all related fund raising software programs operated correctly and were updated regularly.

• Managed all processes involving Blackbaud’s RE program. This includes creating reports, import & export of data, membership, and capital campaign (hosting and onsite environment).

• Supervisor to Prospect Coordinator within the Institutional Advancement department. Created moves management system for museum’s Institutional Advancement department.

• Provided support for the cultivation of donors: screening, updating, and tracking donor profile information (Prospect Research) for campaign goal of $300,000,000.

• Created and managed Microsoft integration with Raiser’s Edge: Mail merge, Outlook, lists, and reports. This integration was used for acknowledgment letters, certificates, tribute notifications, and other mailings as needed by each department.

• Prepared and managed reports on pledge, pledge payments, acquisitions, and stock- both membership (Operations) and capital expansion (Capital Campaign) giving.

• Administrator of Database: assigned and maintained user privileges for Blackbaud Hosting and RE software; created tables, global changes, revisions of data coding, etc. Also responsible for upgrade of host client and other updates involving RE. Managed 25 RE users and over 60,000 constituents.

• Also assisted with Saturn/Eprisa Database (database for museum’s “charter member donors” at level that were less than $1,000 of giving). This database housed over 350,000 constituents, and represents members from each state.

• Worked closely with Accounting Manager, Associate Vice President of Operations, and Chief Financial Officer regarding reconciliation and audit.

• Provided data support to Director of Leadership Gifts (Midwest), Director of Leadership Gifts (West Coast), local gift officers, and Planned Giving Director.

• Ensured donor privacy and donor ethics are adhered to from cultivation of donors to archival records of donors (both electronic and hard copy).

• Provided monthly General Ledger post reports from RE to Finance Department, which were then uploaded into Financial Edge. Reconciliation completed monthly.

• Responsible for training, assisting, and continual support to staff with using Events Module and provided lists, reports, etc associated to those events. This included travel, as the museum hosts international tours.
