• Inspection of refractory was carried out for Rotary Kiln in cement plant. The refractory used in Kiln is High Alumina Bricks (Al2O3). During the inspection the erosion bricks / damaged bricks were identified and recommended for replacement. Cutting of Refractory specimens and witnessing the tests like Bulk Density, Cold Crushing Strength, Bulk Density Of Wax Emersion, Permanent Linear Change & Abrasion Resistance Test as per ASTM standards.

• To carry out routine Safety Audit at site.

• Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of Spur Pipe lines.

• Radiographic and Automatic Ultrasonic testing Interpretation of welded joints.

• Surveying of site to check for the feasibility of carrying out the construction work as per planning & drawings.
