Vehicle Safety Design Engineer: My major work is to run full vehicle and component crash simulation and test, develop new design methodology to improve vehicle safety, and provide design guideline to product development engineers. I have involved in and completed various projects, such as Ford U387 (Edge) crash analysis, Ford 214-MDB and AEM-MDB model design, new crash modeling methodology for vehicle fuel tank.

Intern of Vehicle Design Engineer: I assisted design engineers to finish vehicle virtual models building-up and conduct vehicle crash safety analysis. In my two-year internship, I went through several Ford products’ development processes, such as P415 and F150, and I obtained a lot of research experience through these real world research projects.
