Job Title: Contractor Programmer Analyst (Baton Rouge, Louisiana)

Employer: CIBER LLC (Department of Social and Services)

Dates performed: Aug/2008 – Present

As a Team Lead I am developing WEB pages that use Adabas/Natural and Java.The WEB pages are for the Food Stamp System for the Louisiana Department of Social Services. It is one of many systems being created by my Team. Most of the data editing is done using Adabas/Natural the data is then sent through Shadow/EntireX to the WEB pages which is enabled using Java / Java script.

Job Title: Contractor Programmer Analyst (Denver, Colorado)

As a Contract Analyst Programmer I did the project plan for the Driver License Number Survey Transaction (DLNST) project and was awarded the project to implement the Driver License Number Survey Transaction into Colorado’s current automated systems. This will allow Colorado to respond to 10 Year History requests and to request 10 Year Histories from other jurisdictions when issuing commercial drivers licenses. The new mainframe system uses Adabas/Natural and Cobol.

As a liaison between the developers and management, was instrumental in resolving conflicts between stakeholders and technical development teams. Functioned as the primary liaison between the business, and technical areas throughout the project.
