Foodpro, one of the active Dubai based company offers various food ingredients for industrial segments and consumer products. Foodpro offers products of UAE origin as well as from its abroad associate companies. The project maintains an Inventory control system, which stores items, and its stock details on one hand and buying and selling rate of each unit of item along with it on another hand. Movement of Items and Break-Even analysis are shown periodically.

Responsibilities:

Handling Production, Development and Test instances of Oracle 11i.

Coordinating with client team for Planning and controlling the system downtime.

Monitor physical and logical backup for Integrity.

Monitoring the database growth.

Creation of table spaces, Adding or resizing data files.

Check Alert Log errors and make necessary actions to rectify them.

Cloning the Production instance to create the External Web server.

Hyundai is a car manufacturing company which has got its dealers all over India and abroad. Dealers are using GDMS application to maintain their customer’s record of sales, services, policies different offers etc. For High availability data guard is implemented.

Responsibilities:

Cloning an Oracle Database for Testing.

Maintenance and Support of 11.5.10.2 with database 9.2.0.6

Maintaining the instance with AD Administration

Involving in Performance/ Trouble shooting Issues.

Cloning of Oracle Applications from the production to the Test/Development Environment (Rapid clone).

Validating and Creating grants & synonyms on Apps schema, performed jar file/forms generation as a post patch step, relinking the Oracle apps programs.

Troubles hooted several issues like apps issues, dbc file issues, yellow bar issue and other connectivity issues.
