Review all USAF/ Government material certificates when shipping receives material. Confirm design meets customer specifications, Attachment “A” etc. Create quality plans and FAI inspection data sheets for all USAF/Government jobs. Review all landing gear (USAF/Government) FAI and first production certification reports. Investigate cert discrepancies. Review FAI data and make corrections as necessary. Contact suppliers when necessary to correct material certifications. Present Cert packages to Government Inspector. Bubble all landing gear assembly drawings and all additional sub-component drawings which will be used for the QA inspection. Review MSI drawing notes and compare to customer requirements such as Attachment “A”, and purchase orders. Notify and correct after reviewing with Job planners or engineering.

Have run a number of different packaging equipment and have a good basic understanding of how they run electrically as well as mechanically. I have had analytical trouble shooting classes that will help solve reoccurring problems through data collected. I have been trained in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, SMED and other reliability techniques.
