Review all USAF/ Government material certificates when shipping receives material. Confirm design meets customer specifications, Attachment “A” etc. Create quality plans and FAI inspection data sheets for all USAF/Government jobs. Review all landing gear (USAF/Government) FAI and first production certification reports. Investigate cert discrepancies. Review FAI data and make corrections as necessary. Contact suppliers when necessary to correct material certifications. Present Cert packages to Government Inspector. Bubble all landing gear assembly drawings and all additional sub-component drawings which will be used for the QA inspection.
