Used third party demographic information (Acxiom, Inc.) together with customer database to develop a scoring system for determining the most profitable car renters. Analyzed the results of the employee opinion survey using advanced statistical techniques. Determined the success of direct mail campaigns. Anheuser-Busch, Inc. 1992 to 1996

Provide analytical support to the department. Key responsibility was the management of the beer brand imagery studies which measure consumer perception of the beer category. Work with consulting statisticians, software developers and field service providers to develop powerful and easy-to-use consumer survey instrument, manage data collection and analyze the results. Created analysis of facing optimization at the account level (AFOAL) model to be provided to Anheuser-Busch wholesalers for planning optimal brand-package mix at the retail account level.
