Chief Engineer

Responsible for properties inside and outside while staying within a given budget. Oversee both hotels and all contracted services including daily and monthly preventative maintenance. Recently completed a renovation at the Fairfield Inn and currently undergoing a renovation at the Courtyard by Marriott. Both properties total 208 rooms.

Ving Card, various PTAC units, Scottsman ice makers, Hobart dishwashers, UniMac washers and dryers, Trane HVAC w/heat pumps, indoor pool and spa.

Marriott Cool Springs

Engineer III

Maintain property and perform preventative maintenance, work orders, and other various duties at the full service, 300 room hotel.

Hotel Preston 2007-2008

Chief Engineer/Project Manager

Overseen a $6 million dollar renovation at the 225 room, full service property and executed the responsibilities of a Chief Engineer. Stayed within a fixed budget. Managed a staff of 8 Engineers and re-negotiated contracted services. Initiated the property on a monthly preventative maintenance program. Installed Ving card vision system and Lodge net system.

Fairfield Inn and Suites and 2 Sleep Inns 1999-2005

Chief Engineer

Supervised the maintenance of three properties and handled all contracted services while keeping within a fixed budget. Received employee of the year award.
