Exception Processing Agent

At AB&C group I credited customers for merchandised they have received which is defective, damaged or not received. I reshipped merchandise which had not been received or was damaged. I encouraged the 100% guarantee which the Winterthur catalog providedd for our customers. I have received the mail for our former client, Best To You, a Christian Catalog. I opened all mail, sorted it in to groups to be batched and then keyed into the software program Patriot. I was responsible for answering all customer service emails received by the Best To You website. I ran a personalization report for the items, which could be personalized in on the website.

I managed and researched charge backs for our clients, which include National Rifle Association, Best To You, Source Perrier, Barrie Pace, Bra Smyth and Dr’s Preferred products.

To manage my position professionally I used the following software programs: Outlook Express to access Emailtopia to answer emails sent from customers about questions on their orders, products etc., fedex.com and other tracking sites to track shipments, answer email and process charge backs, and Americanexpress.com to process charge backs online.

I worked with a selected group of vendors for our Winterthur catalog. I communicated directly with the vendors to fulfill our customer's satisfaction. I used Outlook Express to communicate to return items, file claims and answer any questions the customer's may have.

I also paid the U.S. Post Office's renewal fees, annual fees and mailbox fees so we could successfully receive our mail for the clients.
