For 16 years supported 4-5 Corporate Attorneys, Special Counsel and Partners working on Corporate documents, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Bond Financing documents. Recently for the last 3 years I provided general administrative support, assisting Staff Attorneys in the Legal Service Center (supporting 19 Staff Attorneys and 75 Contract Attorneys). Transcribed all correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents, including revising, proofreading, and text editing documents, and finalizing and coordinating court filings.
