EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENT

QUALITY COATINGS INSPECTOR

• Presently a Construction Manager/NACE Coating Inspector & NACE /SSPC Quality Coating consultant with Aecom Technology, I am presently working on the Penn dot-Amtrak project at the 30th St Station in Philadelphia, PA. My previous completed project are as follows; Rehabilitation of the 14th St Bridge with the district department of transportation (DDOT), Washington, Dc. Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA), State of Pennsylvania department of transportation (PENDOT), Schlumberger Technology. Member of a quality assurance team on all state wide projects, bridgework coatings, monitors compliance of standard specifications for construction, surface preparations, material Selection, coatings materials & pavement coatings, corrosion control techniques & mitigation procedures, cathodic protection procedures, coating inspections on bridges and structural steel, offshore coating applications, inspection of offshore equipments, Review Specifications & Quality Control documents, Visual inspection on all structural steel. Cleaning & painting of all existing & new steel structures, Lead abatement and environmental monitoring in compliance with all state & federal regulations.

• Well services Modules and Standards Training with technical experience in all offshore Coating equipment, Schlumberger Technology.

• Coating Inspector/Technical consultant on paint systems such as epoxy coatings, powder coatings and galvanize coatings and familiar with standard specifications such as ISO, ASTM, NACE & SSPC.

Corrosion Coordinator of Waste water treatment plant in a multi billion project, in conjunction with waterloo, Belgium in the installation & operation of an ultra modern waste water treatment plant, with SAP implementation, NB Plc, Engineering.

• Construction Manager/Coating Inspector on the rehabilitation of the Northbound & Southbound of the 14th Bridge Street project over the Potomac River via Pentagon, Washington DC (DDOT). This is a multimillion bridge project scheduled to complete on or before June, 2012.

• NACE Coating Inspector on the ICC Bridge project with the (SHA) state highway administration, Rockville, MD.

TECHNICAL SKILL

• Flexibility in using measuring equipment and calibration of all Coatings and Civil equipment.

OTHER EXPERIENCE

• QA/QC COATING INSPECTOR - Coating Inspector for to the Construction of the Leechburg Bridge Project as the Coatings Inspector for the Rehabilitation work. The project includes various specialized coating application on the Bridge structures. Duties include: Reviewing of coatings Specification and inspections of the blasting and painting operations; disposal of lead waste; safety and environmental oversight, GREENHORNE & O’MARA, 2012 – Till date.

• CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / NACE COATING INSPECTOR – Coating Inspector for all coating application on all bridge structures, cleaning of bridge structure, lead abatement procedures, and painting of existing and new structures. Ensuring the compliance of all specification by contractors, co-ordination of lane closure, pavement marking, waterproof membrane & elastomeric coating. Environmental monitoring and documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Ensuring all safety procedures are in compliance, Coating Inspector on the rehabilitation of 14st bridge project, ICC bridge project & Penn dot - Amtrak project, AECOM TECHNOLOGY, 2010 – Till date.

• NACE COATING INSPECTOR & SSPC C-3 Supervisor - Nace Coating Inspector & SSPC C-3 steel structure supervisor and competent person on site for all Pen- dots and all mid-Atlantic area, bridge inspection, coating inspection and Lead abatement supervisor on all state wide projects in compliance with all federal & state regulations, HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. – 2010.

• NACE Coating Inspector - NACE coating consultant for Maryland State Highway Administration and Mid-Atlantic area , Structural coating inspector on state highway projects, Bridgework Coatings, quality assurance monitoring of vendors & suppliers on job locations and fabrication shop, surface preparation and anchor profile, quality inspection on paint failure and specification, compliance and field inspection. Quality assurance on the State Highway Administration standard specifications for construction and materials understands paint systems such as epoxy coating, powder coating & galvanize coating, oil & gas coatings application with offshore experience, DFI Engineering, Inspections & Construction Inc, 2009 – 2010.

• NACE Coating Inspector – Oil & gas coatings application & offshore equipment, safety procedure, surface preparation of structural steels, Bridge inspections & shop inspection on coatings application with reference to specified standard, material selection, anchor profile, coatings scheduling & scope of work, QA/ QC on all coatings job, documentation & pre-cleaning of surface prior to blast cleaning, familiar with NACE, SSPC, ASMT & ISO standards, pipeline coatings & corrosion control techniques, pipeline integrity, Cathodic protection, corrosion mitigation & design Schlumberger Technology, 2006 – 2009.

• Quality Coating Inspector – Quality control on coating applications, such as tank vessels valves & subversive pumps, marine equipments

Projects, performs the basic measurements needed to maintain quality control,

Undertake simple coating inspection work on structural steel, on site, Read and understand a coating specification, offshore equipments, risers & ROV

For surface preparation, and coating application, use inspection equipment for basic quality control, including but not limited to: Sling psychrometer & weather tables, (WFT)

Gauges, hypothermic needle pressure gauge, magnetic pull-off DFT gauges, electromagnetic DFT gauges, High DC holiday detector etc, NB Plc engineering, 2000 – 2005
