Through good communication and team skills, a reporting platform had been created to view all possible information with respect to their Agents/Sales Reps, and the financial information regarding the merchants with respect to monetary volumes, fee data, demography, financial trends, and risk factors of actual volume amount for both merchant and sales representative. In addition, reporting requirements were also consisting of information to see the inner workings of the company itself, allowing changes where necessary to lower overhead. A new project was underway to handle the AYP and ‘No Child Left Behind’ policy that would essentially affect the stake-holders and district employees of the District School System if there continued to be increasing absences, tardies, disciplinary actions and all other demographic and child-specific related problems that concluded whether or not the Nashville School System would be able to handle these problem areas. As part of the BI team, I was the reporting specialist that gathered all the necessary information to help assist the District to view the details of information that would eventually guide them in correcting the above mentioned problems. My reports wold handle over 130 schools, 70,000 students and 20,000+ employees.
