Ericsson Swedish Company is leading company in the Communication industry spread over 140 countries through out the globe, the implementation of the SAP is carried over 105 countries and for the rest of the countries the role outs are going on. At present at the same time in the project Application Maintenance, Application development, Application enhancement are going from different location.

Responsibilities:

• To provide solutions to the issues from End users, Super users and from the ITM of Ericsson.

• To ensure Configuration Changes to be transported in time to the production system that the users requested in the form of tickets to fulfil their business process requirements.

• Production support – Which involves solving tickets raised by users in PP WM and MM module within the time frame agreed upon in the Service level agreement.

• Worked in small enhancements Provide on-demand project level SAP application functional support (New configuration settings mapping new business processes, Changes in configuration, Addressing inter modular integration issues)

• Testing: reducing the bad fixes or incorrect transports, Aggression testing and negative testing is carried on for any of the new enhancement, developments moving to the production system to avoid bugs moving to the production system.

• Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and conduct trainings to address the gaps

• Participating in the Knowledge transfer happening for the day to day new functionalities Inclusion in the project.
