I currently hold a dual role as the Branch Manager and Sales Representative for Culligan Canada in the Sudbury sales territory, where I oversee Branch operations and lead business development initiatives through staff mentor-ship and focused territory penetration.
Prior to this appointment, my experience was primarily in the financial services industry. As the Store Manager for Wells Fargo Financial in Sudbury, I was responsible for overseeing local operations and for ensuring the achievement of ambitious corporate and Branch goals. In addition to implementing Head Office marketing and campaign initiatives, I managed a sizeable annual operating budget and led the business development and account management efforts. Recruitment and retention of sales and support staff were key focus areas, and I advised on professional practice and career development issues. I also participated in strategic planning and goal setting at the local level, and liaised closely with Head Office on operational and administrative issues.
I also served as Wells Fargo’s Area Sales Manager for southwestern Ontario, with responsibilities in marketing, territory development, and corporate branding. Previous career experience includes two years as the Assistant Branch Manager with Beneficial Canada in the London branch, and seven years as a supervisor with Tim Horton’s.
My career has enabled me to gain considerable experience in business development strategies and account management, and has provided excellent training in the areas of marketing, personnel administration, budgeting, and operations management.
