Website Administrator/Guest Relations Manager

Served as operating system expert, providing technical support for entire organization. Administered in-house network, Internet, e -mail and web site connectivity and conducted routine maintenance checks within the companies’ computers. . Set-up and maintained both of the companies web servers and web sites using Apache, HTML and open source. Initiated marketing plans that incorporated social media, which resulted in a 12% growth of our companies’ services to the public. Worked with Wordpress as well designing webpages for several non-profit organizations in the DFW area. Have extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 5 and 5.5. Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver are my main strengths within the suite, but I am knowledgeable of all the programs in it. I have worked with the program for 4 years now and have used Photoshop to convert PSD files to HTML, as well as designing and deploying sites with Dreamweaver. Coordinating the activities and the order of events during their stay, prior to their arrival. Conducting finalizing meetings with the client to ensure everything is current. Make sure that their needs are met prior to their arrival as well as staying with them as their point of contact during their stay. I greet and register the clients upon their arrival to ensure customer service. Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers. Make and confirm reservations. Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.
