SUMMARY

I have been in the glazing industry for over 28 years. My experience includes both residential and commercial glazing. I am consistent, thorough and always striving for excellence. In almost every area of glazing, I have excelled to a leadership position. I have on many occasions been put on more difficult projects that were predicted to lose money but through diligence and strategic planning, I have always come out ahead.

WORK HISTORY

2005 – 2009 Outside Superintendent, K&G Entrances, Billerica, Ma

Commercial Glazing: Duties include: attending owner’s meetings, problem solving, scheduling, time management, consulting, meeting or beating project timelines. In charge of multiple towers that range from 9 stories to 40 stories.

2004-2005 Focus One – Project Manager, Murrieta, California

In charge of a complex of 3 - 9 story buildings and 25 employees. Duties include: scheduling, billing, and structuring company personnel. Managing project materials, meeting with owners and discussing company concerns and scheduling. Always maintaining scheduling deadlines, exceeding or beating them. In addition to the above-responsibilities, I also sought out new projects to bid on, on behalf of the company.

1995-1997 Foreman, Suburban Glass & Mirror, Maynard, Massachusetts

Commercial and Residential Glazing: Installation of old and new systems. Also, job estimation and service work.

1990-1994 Owner/Operator, Precision Glass & Mirror, Santee, California

Commercial and Residential Glazing: Sub-contractor to some of the largest builders in San Diego County. Duties included overseeing installation of doors, windows and mirrors in large track homes. Also responsible for sales, bidding, reading plans, office manager and interacting with field superintendents.

1987-1990 Installation Manager, Premier Window Products, El Cajon, California

Residential Glazing: Direct supervision for 90 employees and the installation of approximately 1000 windows on a daily basis. Duties included continual interaction with job superintendents and sales representatives. Additional responsibilities included reading plans, making window take-offs, and scheduling installation.
