Alltel Wireless was the nation’s fifth largest wireless carrier with its own wireless coverage area comprising the largest network in the United States. Alltel had 13.4 million customers, over 15,000 employees and annual revenues exceeding $8.8 billion.

Managed sales for seven locations within 150,000 square mile area of Northern Nevada and East Central California; effectively coached, trained and mentored store managers and assistant store managers to achieve highest level of performance; managed staff recruitment; effectively handled escalated customer service issues; delivered appropriate time-to-market results and ensured profitability through successful process optimization; managed financial controls through inventory and adjustment procedures and ensured that team members have the appropriate tools necessary to accomplish given job duties.
