In this position I was responsible for the Southeast region and Israel. Hired and managed the US and Israeli Rep sales force while having direct account responsibility, selling National Hybrid Mil Std 1553, terminals, transceivers, testers, solid state power controllers and custom hybrids Developed relationships working with design/component engineering and corporate management leading to a number of design-in for long term military/aerospace programs For the API Electronics Div. sold legacy discrete semiconductors including diodes, rectifiers and simple hybrids. Successfully developed and implemented strategy to increase sales and gain market share by diversifying customer base from primarily diodes, transient suppressor manufacturers expanding into high volume military, automotive, medical and military/aerospace connector also maximized long term business with active and former customers. K*Tec Electronics, Sugar Land, TX 2000-2003 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Responsible for development and management of new accounts in Eastern US Territory for at the time a $500 Million Electronic Contract Manufacturer, focusing on OEMs with requirements for vertically integrated products. Developed accounts with outsourcing programs worth from $10-100M in annual revenue for K*Tec. Worked and directed internal program management team as well as coordinating effort with teams including estimating, procurement, test and engineering. Instrumental in putting together business proposals, including complete development programs, leading to booking major long-term business. Was instrumental is initiating divestiture proceedings of a major corporation. Was successful in establishing Teradyne as a major account which at the time was projected to contribute $70-100M annual revenue to K*Tec. In 2002 K*Tec was down sized and merged with another company after being taken over by venture capital firms.

FOX Electronics Inc., Ft Myers, FL. 1996-2000

EASTERN REGIONAL SALES MANAGER /GLOBAL CEM SALES MANAGER/ EUROPEAN SALES MANAGER Eastern regional hired and trained Rep sales force, worked extensively in the field calling on component/design engineering, closed orders through purchasing and corporate management. Worked with major Electronic Distributors all resulting in this territory experience major growth. Contract Electronic Manufacture business segment called on all locations in the US, Europe, Mexico and Asia negotiating contract pricing, insuring appropriate OEM coverage. Developed and implemented strategy to launch Fox into the global market by establishing a European presence. Hired and trained Fox European Reps, and established working relationship with the global Fox distributors also hired local niche distributors. Targeted key countries to secure foothold in viable markets. Developing new pricing structure to support this aggressive market. Participated in select European trade shows. This resulted in Fox becoming a global supplier and for the first time bring in major international sales.

Willimantic, CT 1992-1995 DIRECTOR OF SALES Established a national rep sales force, forecasted revenue, had direct major account responsibility, which included the design-in, engineering, on-the line operator training, booking and program follow-up. Accounts included; Thomson Consumer Electronics, Delco Remy (Delphi E), Allison, Milwaukee Tools, Baldor, AST Computer, Cabletron, Motorola and Packard Bell. Managed trade show participation. Successfully worked to diversify company from a limited customer base and market segment moving system into the high tech. market. Sales growth was 60% over prior year.

TLSI Inc. Farmingdale, NY 1984-1992 DIRECTOR OF SALES Hired, trained and managed sales staff and manufacturers reps. Quintupled revenues, expanded customer base from a single domestic Telecomm market to an international supplier to markets including, Military/Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Controls, and Telecomm.
