There are total of four different sized villas with three bedroom (small) three bedroom (large), four bedrooms and five bedrooms. These range from 3595sqft to 5509 sqft total area.

Responsibilities Includes for the Project :

To understand the project requirements comprehensively interms of design intensions, nature of design, project budget, project duration and project utilization.

In charge of overall architectural planning set- up and prepare design & develop from conceptual drawings for business development research.

Set up the basic requirements and start developing the preliminary drawings at sketch level in consultation with the Design manager and co-ordinate,Supervise the development of production of drawings and further details to support production drawings with the consultants.

Preparation of design presentation capabilities for the business unit

Review and manage Master Plans prepared by consultants

To manage the drawings at a different stage of design process and prepare design guidelines.

Checking design and providing proposals with respect to design issues.

To review of design inline with specification and planning.

To review and make sure the drawings complies all governmental authority regulations

Compilation of monthly project progress reports including programme
