• Managed the engineering, fabrication, assembly, utilities installation, facilities modifications, design verification testing, installation and subcontractor management of the >$17M Whole System Live Agent Testing (WSLAT) Program for the Department of Army; Dugway Proving Ground in UT. The WSLAT facility tests Biological Select Agents and Toxins (BSAT) detection instruments on a full-scale basis. The WLSAT system disseminates aerosolized BSAT into a chamber that houses various BSAT analytical instruments. The WSLAT system consists of an Agent Dissemination Chamber (ADC), a series of four large gloveboxes, and various support systems. The ADC contains analytical instruments into which BSAT are injected including a HEPA filter bank, recirculation fans, and a heat exchanger. Support systems include a Negative Pressure System (exhaust fans and vents); a decontamination system using Vaporous Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP); ADC heating, cooling, and humidification; and a package boiler.
