Code Developer
In this project, I had been responsible for providing high quality delivery of code, completed to specification, within the service level agreement (SLA) time. Accomplished through but not limited to the following activities:

In this retail project I am responsible for the daily support responsibilities of Application Maintenance team which include the but not limited to the following:

members through ITSM ticketing tool to help distribute ticket flow.
• Monitored critical jobs during the offshore support window through Maestro Jobs
tool, UNIX environment and by querying and monitoring database using PL/SQL
developer for table locks, slow performance, data volume, monitoring erroneous data
and constantly coordinating with DBAs for system performance.
