Code Developer

In this project, I had been responsible for providing high quality delivery of code, completed to specification, within the service level agreement (SLA) time. Accomplished through but not limited to the following activities:

• Created detailed technical designs based on the client requirements or service

change request.

• Implemented technical design review points completely.

• Developed code from defect descriptions using PL/SQL Developer and Linux/UNIX tool.

• Monitored critical jobs during the offshore support window through Maestro Jobs

tool, UNIX environment and by querying and monitoring database using PL/SQL

can closed 50 tickets a week, 30 a minimum group target.
