Job Responsibilities: - Working with Paper machine (150TPD w/p) & 6MV OF Power plant

Working on METSO DCS – Max DNA

Operation and maintenance of METSO DCS – Max DNA.

Operation and maintenance of overall Instrumentation of Paper machine & power plant.

Sound knowledge of time based maintenance and condition based maintenance of instruments in power plan equipment and utilities like Compressor (ATLAS COPCO GA-45).

Testing and Calibration of Transmitter like LT, PT, FT, DPT (ABB, YOKOGAWA, ROSEMOUNT), Control valve, Load cell, Sensors, Temperature and Pressure gauges through HART protocol & Source calibrator

About the Plant: - - M/s Kuantum paper ltd is Agro based with continues digester & hardwood pulp mill converting group have four units with overall 450 TPD Capacity. Unit 1&2 manufactures Kraft Paper & writing printing # Unit 3 have Beloit make Paper machine running at 600 MPM with a 3500 mm finish Deckle & producing 150 TPD Writing, Printing Paper. Unit four have running 800 MPM and production 300 tpd writing, printing paper. It also has Siemens makes Extraction cum condensing and back pressure turbine of 16MV Captive Power Plant. All plant has complete DCS based system.

Working for ABB freelance DCS (800 F) for continuing digester and working for Rockwell RS LOGIX 5000, L64 processor base DCS system for pulp mill fully automated plant.
