• Lead Program Manager responsible for management of capture and all new proposals for a new business. Bid placed for $95 million project, (AFRL – Air Force Research Laboratories, Dayton, Ohio, Wright Patterson AFB).

• Will manage entire AFRL project once awarded. Negotiated with all sub contractors for project. (Verizon, SAIC). Project is a large infrastructure (Desktop to Server, Maintain NOC operations)

Senior Program Manager/President of Operations, Wyandotte Tel, OK 07/2005-01/2010

• Directed all IT and Telecommunication resource planning, budgeting, and operational activities of a $50 million products and service organizations. These projects were 99% Federal. Managed all projects and internal and external. Reported directly to the CEO (Dennis Pontiere and , Kelly Carpino)

• Negotiated all contracts with the DOD, DOI and DOE. Worked with Sr. Government officials i.e. Deputy Director of DOE (Harry Hixon), CIO (Steve Wall SWPA).

• Managed and directed all activities with Southwest Power Authority Project (Net worth 10 million dollars). Orchestrated network operations from design to desktop as well as all software and hardware implementation. Reworked the ORACLE database (SWPA), to save the customer $3 million.

• Led Wyandotte Net Tel in winning an annual $4 million Base Telecommunications Systems contract with Ft. Knox.

• Managed a series of upgrades and application enhancements including replacement of obsolete systems, hardware, and software at four locations (USDA and Southwest Power Authority). Facilitated implementation of new LAN/WAN technology. Directed and managed all projects for Dover AFB, Hill AFB, Goodfellow AFB and Laughlin AFB. Was the point of contact with all Contract Directors. • Worked with CSC clients, Sears, AT&T, SBC, Nortel, Motorola, Bombardier and DuPont.

• Managed the Network Team in a successful transformation of the SEARS MPLS backbone and built the Network Data/Operations Center for Sears in Chicago area. Project was part of the $2.2 billion Sears Network Transformation project. Managed all procurement functions for hardware including (Cisco switches 4500,6500 and 7200 series 80 million dollars worth) (Nortel meridian 1 PBX), network, and telephony with major carriers for service including AT&T and SBC.

• Worked closely with Sears CIO and CSC lead Network Architect (Don Harden).

• Sears Network build and Data Center build were successful and came in on time.

• Managed and Directed several Network infrastructure teams for the Motorola Project. POC for all Network infrastructure builds. Consolidated and moved Motorola Data centers as well as rolled out applications. My teams were involved in Testing and debugging new applications across the backbone.

• Managed the Network Project for the Motorola Transformation Project. Served as Senior Project Management’s Consultant to the team on the Nortel and Bombardier projects.

• Transformed the DuPont WAN from a variety of carriers to one primary carrier. Led team to a successful global backbone with over 600 sites worldwide. During 9/11 adversity. Worked with DuPont’s CIO and DuPont’s infrastructure team. Saved DuPont 300 million dollars.

TECHNICAL ADDENDUM

Projects:

1) Sears Infrastructure Build out. (Developed the MPLS Backbone) Managed and coordinated the internal and vendor teams in gathering requirements, development and documented of SLA’s, procuring all necessary equipment. Managed and developed project plans, weekly reports to executive’s. Resolved all hardware and software and personnel issues. Established procedures on schedule impacts, change management, cost over runs, personnel impacts and environment changes. Presented Executive presentations.

2) Managed and directed several teams in the building of the Sears (CSC) Data Center in Chicago. Developed and gathered requirements. Negotiated and built the team of engineers for installation and wiring for the network build. Managed and directed all vendor including Cisco, SBC and Nortel. I was involved in the negotiations for the real estate where the site would be developed. Systems Integrator for project.

3) Motorola Transformation Project. CSC was charged with transforming Motorola backbone network (Globally). Managed and coordinated the network tower for this project. Transformed the network as well as built a redundant infrastructure to handle internal and external Motorola customers. Directed and managed multiple teams to develop documented SLA’s and recovery procedures. Worked with the lead network architect to develop plans for disaster recovery and security. Directed the outsourcing of Motorola Employees into CSC. Senior Integrator for coordination of all international projects. Project interface to corporate executives.

4) USDA, (Food and Nutritional Services). Build and maintained infrastructure of the LAN and WAN networks within the organization. Developed all Change Management Procedures and directed personnel in key work assignments. Managed the teams throughout the project from conception to installation into the production environment. Managed all video conferencing network and implemented performance improvements across the entire infrastructure. Developed and presented appropriate reports to management.

5) Southwest Power Authority, Managed and Directed key personnel. Developed change management, risk and quality procedures. Responsible for the development and project plan for all upgrades, oracle, Microsoft patching etc. Responsible for project planning, implementation and budgets.

6) DuPont Project, Responsible for global teams. Global Server migration effort. Moving all circuits to one vendor (AT&T). 650 sites worldwide. Responsible for requirements, developing processes and project plans and timelines. Responsible for reporting back to upper management (weekly status reports). Project was successful and savings of 300 million.

7) Directed and managed several data server consolidations and migrations. Physically moved 300-400 servers successfully. Moved applications. Developed procedures and resource plans for successful migrations including SAN and Back-ups. Including risk mitigation plans.
