Responsibilities

• Performed platform validation of hardware and software for Microsoft .Net based application for external clients and for internal call center. The platform handles more than $1.75 million worth of transactions per day.

• Created test cases based on the product requirement and specification to determine most efficient methods and test coverage, which were also used by development team to develop there code considering all these cases.

• Conducted automated regression, functional and load testing using Mercury Interactive software suite. It was also used for Defect Tracking and all documentation like Test Cases & Deployment steps.
