• Implemented the Wal-Mart INFOREM store inventory replenishment system for the merchandising and planning teams to automate the forecasting and PO creation process, integrate Walmart.com more effectively into Wal-Mart planning systems, and to reduce manual overhead by up to 25% in one year with projected annual savings of $2MM.

• Led a team of 30 to implement Electronic Checks as a new customer payment method directly resulting in an increase in company sales of $8.6MM and the addition of over 90,000 new enrolled customers while reducing transaction costs in excess of $100,000 annually.

Team lead on global manufacturing/procurement planning IT projects for clients such as Nokia, Siemens, Fujitsu, and Hewlett-Packard. Successfully facilitated process transformation, system implementation, & deployment of global supply chain process and system solutions.

• As a Supplier Collaboration Lead at Nokia NMP deployed an integrated global inventory forecast collaboration tool used by purchasing managers, buyers, and Tier 1 suppliers/contract manufacturers. Validated the conceptual design and developed a multi-year functionality roadmap across 2 business units. Project reduced planning cycle time from 6 to 2 weeks with savings in excess of €12MM.

• As a Product Supply Manager for Quantum reduced on-hand weeks of inventory by 53% over 4 months and reduced manual production plan changes from 75% to the 30% goal. Resolved $70MM of inventory misclassifications (200,000 units worldwide) and reduced planning process cycle time by 30%.

• Developed purchase order and inventory collaboration processes for a global Hewlett-Packard supply chain management initiative. Facilitated process development workshops in excess of 40 participants to develop IT-supported, standardized global business processes. Responsible for a team of six.
