Project Description

Kraft foods in basically US/Canada based project which is implemented and supported by Infosys Technologies only. Currently the development has been done and we are supporting the roll outs in various regions of NA and Europe.

Kraft is a CPG company which deals in milk products, beverages, chocolates and currently it has acquired Cadbury also and we are incorporated all the changes in the existing application to make it sync with Cadbury.

Scope

The project leverages some vital features of MDM viz Consolidation, CMDM etc.

Project Description

This Project was post development, roll out and support project. SRM System maintained a number of Catalogues depending upon the Supplier name and Country. User from a Country can only see the catalogues for their own country. MDM was used as a Central Data Hub for all these Catalogs. Finally End users logged into SRM and used the Shopping Cart for internal procurement.

Other scenario was where we are having the Catalogue related to Network Material Types and those are used in ECC by Material Management team for making any Purchase Requisition and all. Its used for the local purchase by the Op Co’s for the Network Material. The material information is flowing to one of the Legacy system and is updated over there in the system. In this we have kind of Catalogue for the MM system and also the same Materials used in that catalogues are sent to Legacy system as well. So it includes the Catalogue management and Material Management both.

Scope

The project leverages some vital features of MDM viz Consolidation, Search, product hierarchy.

Project Description

MDA(Master Data Alignment) System maintained Material Master, Vendor Master data, Mappings for SAP Objects corresponding to Legacy systems and VPC Catalogues into MDM. MDM was working as CMDM so was backend system for maintaining the Master Data. In MDM, all the views of Vendor Data were maintained while for Material Master, MDM was maintaining just 3 views and other dependent views were populated within ECC by custom Idoc builder. Further we were maintaining the VPC (Vodafone Procurement Data) in MDM which was dependent upon the Material Master but was maintaining just some special type of Material Master for VPC to use that locally. Portal was used as Front end.

Project Description

This Project was for SAP ECC and SAP MDM Patch and Oracle Upgrade within Vodafone EVO. I was PM and SPOC for handling all the escalation from various companies like Accenture and Vodafone and was responsible for handling various teams within IBM India Private Limited to get it done in time.

Scope

The project was to upgrade the ECC Oracle level and also upgrading the older version of MDM to the newer MDM Patch available at Marketplace.

Contributions:

As a PM, responsibility Includes

• Understanding thoroughly the Implementation Phase.

• Defining the framework to complete all the tasks in parallel.

• Delegating the work between the team members.

Nestle Data Services is providing services related to data viz. extracting, loading, solving issues related to Data for all over globe.

Scope

The scope of the project includes loading and extraction of the data to/from SAP. Our team is providing Data Services for Nestle all over the globe. Responsibility includes starting from the extraction of data and loading the same into SAP and resolving issues/errors related to the data. Also we are working closely with ETL teams like Informatica to extract the data from Legacy systems and loading the same into the SAP by converting that data into SAP acceptable format and then loading and reconciling the same in the end. We are working with 100% accuracy as no fault is accepted into the Live Data.
