Property Controller (July 2008 – July 2009)

• Managed Grubb & Ellis, the third party management company’s operating portfolio, which included addressing and resolving all balance sheet adjustments, identified monthly financial reporting improvements, and ensuring monthly deadlines were met.

• Restructured the general ledger accounts, generated customized financial reports, bifurcated the property and corporate aspects of the database, during the Yardi Voyager conversion.
