As Operation Manager- Worked with M/S. NOMAC -Power and Water Plant O & M company in Saudi Arabia for 4 month -2- Power and Shuqaiq Phase Desalination Plant, Shuqaiq-Saudi Arabia.UAE, (1020MW and 21000 cub meter per day RO plant)-2 billion US dollar-IWPP

 3x340 Mws. MHI Steam turbine-Re heat condensing type-HP/IP/LP.

 3x1080 t/h, 167 bar,540 deg.c MHI-HP Boiler HFO Fired,Re Heat, Forced circulation, Forced furnace with Gas Recirculation with ESP,FGD.

 16x552 t/h-MHI RO Racks. Two Pass type-SW Desalination units.

 2x2.8 MW Emergency Diesel Generator for Station Black-out emergency operations.

2) As Senior Mechanical Engineer/Acting Resident Engineer/Consultant- Worked with M/S. National Engineering Office Consultant company-OMAN with JV M/S TATA Construction company involved in two short projects: 5 months

a) Oman-Sohar Sea Port-Project management activities of installing 3x15000 cub meter SW pumps and 14 KM GRP pipe installation for the small SW water consumer industries at sohar sea port with client M/S. Majis Industrial company-Oman.-4 months

b) Oman-Barka Power and Desalination-RO Phase-2-(650MW/24 MIGD-RO)- As Client representative to witness and certify the CCPP plant for all performance testing and evaluation and taking over activities with OPWP-Oman and main contractors Doosan, Ansaldo, Degremont/Ondeo as per contractual condition- 2 months.

3) As Lead Mechanical Engineer in Saudi Electricity Company - owned 6x400Mws. Shoaiba Power Plant, Stage-II, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with M/s. KULJIAN Consulting Engineers Corp. USA.- 3.5 years.

Job Responsibilities:

 Erection, Commissioning, Testing, and Modification & Re-commissioning for corrective and preventive maintenance works as per the schedule.

 Responsible for the coordination of the Major over-haul jobs, Break-Down and Repair of the following electro mechanical equipments is the prime responsibility:

 Steam Turbines/Generator & its Auxiliaries.

 HP Boilers-Gas/Oil fired with all its auxiliaries.

 Balance of Plant-Sea Water-Main Cooling water System, Air/Gas system/HVAC/Hypo Chlorination plant/H2 generation plant/Desalination MSF Plant/DM water plant/Drinking water system/Service/potable water system/Fuel oil receiving /fuel oil tank and pumping system

 Review/approve Reliability test run and PAC with outstanding work/punch list items & Taking over from the main contractor.

 Review/approve ITPL/Procedure for Method of statement erection/commissioning.

 4x112.5Mws. GE Frame 9E (DLN 1) Mark V Gas turbine units along with their dedicated Heat recovery steam generators with gas/distillate duct fired burners to feed desalination plant.

 2x112 MW Back pressure Steam Turbine Generators from Siemens.

 1x6.5MW Emergency Diesel Generator for Station Black-out emergency operations.

 5 x 2550 TPH MSF (12.5 MIGPD) Desalination Units from Doosan Heavy Industries, Korea.
