I was a assistant Manager for Zettler Hardware for 5 years and I also worked in retail sales for Otasco store for over 10 years before going to work for the State of Ohio.I started out as a psych. attendant for the State of Ohio forTBMFU. I then became a maintenance repair worker doing all related duties as assigned.I would assist the grounds crew in cutting grass and trimming shrubs in the summer and did snow removal in the winter as needed. I also worked in the property room loading and transporting furniture to various locations. I kept inventory of all items stored and also transported excess to salvage..Then I operated the store room (3 years),kept inventory and ordered all supplies for the following departments: electrical,plumbing,carpenters,painters,and grounds crew. I purchased the repair parts for the motor pool at Twin Valley Behavioral health care. My last position was Building maintenance Supt.2 and Motor fleet coordinator for central office and twin ValleyBehavioral Healthcare.

I supervised the carpenters,Painters,Plumbers Electricians,maintenance Repair workers,Grounds Dept. and housekeeping dept.. I was the fleet coordinator for central office and twin valley behavioral health care for more then 6 years having all the maintenance completed for safe driving. and assigning vehicle usage .I also logged the mileage and fuel on Fleet Ohio and keep inventory of all vehicle maintenance work and cost, I also purchased all the new vehicles and salvaged the old.
